As you are all probably aware of the recent incident in Southport we are adding some extra security measures and will be updating our safeguarding policies to reflect the following.

• The outer door to the studio will be locked once all our students booked in. The door will be opened at the end of the lesson.
• We will be giving out a form for you to complete which will ask for a password, if your child is being collected by someone not known to us they will need to tell us your chosen password, we will not allow your child to leave without the correct password.
